➣ commissions must be paid in full, preferably upfront however it is optional (depending on type of commission work) to pay half upfront and the rest before receiving the finished product.➣ must be over the age of 16 to commission me➣ finished or partially finished work is non-refundable, full refunds are only available if no work has been started.

➣ Turn around time (TAT) is estimated at roughly 3 weeks - a month dependant on complexity of your commission, and if the item is physical or not.➣ commissioner is allowed to request minor changes at no extra cost. costs do apply for change of commission type (eg. Headshot to fullbody, traditional to physical item)➣ please do not hassle or rush me, you may check in on how it is going, or request a WIP/progress update, please do so respectfully. I am a full time student and have work so occasionally can be slow, please be patient. Updates will be provided privately and progress can be viewed on trello.➣ If you have any questions or concerns please communicate these with me, respectful communication is a crucial aspect of the process and I will be asking a number of questions myself to ensure the piece is to your liking.
